Ordering:

• Regular Items - Simply follow the convenient online process to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
• Custom Items or Services - Due to the personalized nature of custom item(s) or service(s), you will need to contact us via our Contact Us page to initialize this process. A FREE consultation will be set up to discuss the details of your custom item(s) / service(s), an estimate will then be calculated for your approval, and the processing of your custom item / service will begin.

Payment Options:

• Pay by Mail (If you prefer not using PayPal).
• PayPal (Major Credit Cards or your PayPal Account Arrangement).

Cancellations: Since all orders are processed immediately, cancellations are not possible. If you find you must return items once received, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Backorders: Due to our ever-changing inventory, products can quickly become unavailable or discontinued without warning. We will inform you when an item is on backorder or is no longer available as soon as possible.

Unless other arrangements have been made, when an item you have ordered is not in stock our normal course of action is to leave the item on your order if it is over $5.00 and ship it directly to you when it comes back in stock. If the item is under $5.00 it will be removed from your order and you will need to reorder it at another time.

Returns:

• admin@mistymoonmystiques.net. You must have the original invoice number to reference. Misty Moon Mystiques will only accept items for return that are pre-approved and given an RMA number.
• Custom Items - Custom items are sold as is and are not subject to return.

Damaged or Missing Items: If you are missing merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, contact us within 5 business days from the date of delivery, so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner.

Please note: Orders may sometimes be delivered in multiple shipments. If you have any questions concerning this policy, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping & Handling: We provide free shipping! As a result, we ship via the most cost effective manner available. We charge a nominal handling fee of $4.50 for every order to help cover processing costs.

International Orders: We currently do not provide international shipping.

Privacy: Misty Moon Mystiques takes the responsibility of protecting your privacy very seriously. Misty Moon Mystiques neither collects, nor retains any credit card information. Nor do we share any customer information; including email address, postal mail address, phone numbers, personal information gathered for astrology or numerology charts, or payment information with third parties, with the exception of a distributor that may ship products for us. This distributor third party will only receive the customer's name and mailing address, and will not receive any payment information.

Customers can optionally join our e-mail and/or newsletter mailing list to get updated store information, including sales announcements. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on orders received. Customers can opt out of being on our e-mail mailing list, and can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us with this request using the convenient Contact Us page.
